How do I book a private tour?
Choose a tour, select your preferred date and number of guests, and complete the short enquiry form. Continue to WhatsApp to discuss availability and receive confirmation. You can also enquire by email.
Is my booking confirmed when I submit the form?
No. Your booking is confirmed only after our team confirms availability, the final itinerary, price and payment arrangements with you.
How are tour prices calculated?
Published rates are in Indonesian rupiah (IDR) per person for the selected package. Group totals are calculated by multiplying the per-person rate by the number of guests. Confirm availability, inclusions and any additional charges with our team before booking.
Are fastboat tickets and hotel transfers included?
Please confirm all inclusions with our team before booking. Fastboat tickets, transfers, entrance fees, meals and equipment must be explicitly included in your quote.
Can children join?
Tell us the ages of children travelling with you. We will discuss the suitability of the route, transport and water activities for your family before confirming.
What happens if the weather changes?
Ocean and weather conditions can affect routes and water activities. Stops may change for safety. Please agree on the applicable rescheduling and cancellation terms before payment.
Will I see manta rays?
Wildlife sightings are never guaranteed. Snorkeling locations depend on sea conditions and the operator’s safety assessment.
Can I book fastboats or accommodation?
Our current services focus on Nusa Penida tour packages. Please contact our team to confirm fastboat arrangements within your selected package. Standalone fastboat tickets and accommodation bookings are not currently offered on this website.
Do beach visits include going down to the beach?
Standard beach visits are limited to viewpoints. Additional requests may incur extra charges and must be agreed with our team in advance.
What snorkeling equipment is provided?
Masks, fins, life jackets and a life ring are provided. Wear your life jacket from the time you board the boat.
What are your service hours?
Our enquiry service hours are 08:00–18:00 WITA (Bali time).
What is the difference between Full Trip and Full Trip + Snorkeling?
Full Trip is the sightseeing option at IDR 1,700,000 /pax. Full Trip + Snorkeling adds snorkeling activities at IDR 3,000,000 /pax. Select your preferred option in the enquiry form and confirm the final itinerary and inclusions with our team.
How far in advance should I book?
Please book at least 3 days before departure, based on Bali time (WITA). Last-minute bookings are not accepted. Your selected date remains subject to availability and confirmation by our team.
Are there extra charges for hotel pickup?
Pickup outside the included service area is charged according to distance. Share your hotel or pickup location when enquiring so our team can confirm coverage and inform you of any additional charge before booking.
How long does the snorkeling activity take?
For the three-stop snorkeling route, allow approximately 2 hours from boarding the boat until disembarking. This includes boat travel between spots, rather than 2 full hours in the water.
Which snorkeling spots will we visit?
The three-stop snorkeling route includes planned visits to Manta Bay, Crystal Bay, and Gamat Bay or Wall Bay. Final locations depend on sea conditions. Manta Bay and Manta Point are different locations; please confirm your selected route with our team.
What language does the driver or guide speak?
Our drivers and guides speak English.
Can I change the route or schedule?
Routes and timings follow the package you select. Discuss any additional requests with our team before booking. Availability and any additional charges must be confirmed in advance.
Do you offer activities outside Nusa Penida?
Our current services focus on Nusa Penida. Please contact our team for information about the packages currently available.
